I step inside manufacturing companies, identify chronic issues, align people and processes, and deliver measurable numbers — from day one.
"Leadership is the ability to turn ideas into reality."
Chief Operating Officer with a strongly hands-on approach, specialised in restoring control, stability and results in complex business contexts. I work inside organisations alongside owners and management to turn chronic urgencies and operational chaos into clear, governable and sustainable processes.
I deeply believe in people and team strength: lasting results only emerge when teams are put in the right conditions to work well — with method, accountability and clear direction.
Every figure refers to a real mandate. Company names are listed where allowed.
Every intervention is tailored to the specific reality of the company. There are no off-the-shelf solutions.
C.O.O. expertise for defined periods. I step in operationally, work inside processes, and deliver measurable results without the fixed costs of an internal manager.
Bottleneck analysis, redesign of production and logistics processes, KPI implementation and OEE control systems.
Structural review of the company, redefinition of the org chart, governance, OKRs and clear, scalable decision systems.

The questions entrepreneurs and general managers ask me most often before starting a mandate.
An Interim COO is an external Chief Operating Officer with senior expertise who joins a company for a defined period — typically 6 to 24 months — to drive a transformation, reorganization, or critical phase. Unlike traditional consultants, an interim manager doesn't deliver reports: they work inside the processes, make decisions, coordinate people and own the results.
Typically in four situations: (1) operational urgency — margin erosion, low OEE, recurring delivery delays; (2) growth phase — the organization can no longer handle the increased volumes; (3) generational handover — an independent guide is needed to lead the transition; (4) special projects — ERP implementation, plant reorganization, M&A.
Mainly manufacturing: textile, automotive, agricultural machinery, industrial plants, furniture and contract, steel. I've worked with more than 25 companies across northern and central Italy, from family SMEs (€10M) to structured groups (€60M+).
On average between 12 and 24 months. Shorter mandates (6-8 months) usually relate to specific projects — ERP rollout, department reorganization, handover. Longer ones are full operations-leadership mandates during a complete turnaround.
An interim manager has a higher daily rate than a structured executive, but without fixed costs: no severance, no annual bonuses, no benefits, no risk of a wrong hire. Over a 12-month mandate, the total cost is in line with or lower than a hired COO, with the advantage of immediate skills and measurable results from the first 90 days.
It's a free 30-minute conversation, no strings attached. You tell me the situation and goals, I ask a few targeted questions, and together we decide whether it makes sense to go deeper. If it does, the next step is a 1-2 day on-site operational diagnosis, at the end of which you'll receive a clear proposal with goals, timeline and KPIs.
The first call is free and with no obligation. In 30 minutes I'll know if I can help you — and how.
