This website only collects data that the user voluntarily provides by filling in the contact form in the "Contacts" section:
• First and last name
• Company name and industry
• Email address
• Phone number (optional)
• Message text

Personal data collected through the contact form is used exclusively to:
• respond to information requests sent by the user;
• provide an initial assessment of a possible professional collaboration;
• send any follow-up communication strictly related to the original request.
The legal basis for processing is the user's consent (art. 6, par. 1, letter a of EU Regulation 2016/679 — GDPR), expressed by voluntarily submitting the contact form, and the execution of pre-contractual measures (art. 6, par. 1, letter b GDPR).

Messages sent through the contact form are handled via the Formspree service (Formspree Inc., USA), which acts as an external data processor. Data is kept only for the time strictly necessary to handle the user's request and in any case no longer than 24 months from the last contact, except for legal obligations.
Personal data is not disclosed or sold to third parties for commercial purposes. It may be shared exclusively with:
• Formspree Inc. — technical provider of the contact form (privacy policy: formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy);
• Aruba S.p.A. — hosting provider of this website;
• collaborators and consultants bound by professional secrecy, when necessary to act on the request.
As a data subject, the user has the right at any time to:
• access their personal data;
• request its rectification or erasure;
• obtain restriction or object to processing;
• request data portability;
• withdraw consent;
• lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
